How long does it take?+

The kit arrives in 24–48 h. Once you send us the wax, your jewel arrives in 20–30 business days.

Can I engrave two fingerprints?+

Yes, on different sides or on the same side, letting it cool between one and the other.

Pet prints?+

Yes, dogs and cats, with the paw pad and the silicone included.

What if I mess up the wax?+

We send you several to practise with. Just send us the final one.
