Gradually add hot water to the bowl and add two tablespoons of baking soda. Immerse the jewelry and leave it to work for 10 to 15 minutes, don't forget to stir the mixture from time to time. Then, take the jewelry out of the bowl and clean it with a soft cotton cloth. If the jewelry is not completely shiny, repeat the procedure until it is clean and shiny.

Then, place the silver jewelry inside and leave it submerged for approximately 10 minutes. Finally, remove the piece and dry it with a clean, dry cloth - it will look very shiny!

The salt water makes the dirt come off the jewelry, while the aluminum acts as a kind of magnet and attracts the particles that blacken the silver to it. You will see how the dirt has stayed on the aluminum!

If the jewel does not look as bright as you would like, you can repeat the process or try another of the methods we suggest.
