What is the size of the necklaces?

In all the descriptions of each one you can find the measures of that necklace, since we have several models with different measures. All the necklaces come with an adjustable chain that you can adjust according to your taste. And depending on the necklace, has a regulation or another. For example, we have chokers and necklaces of 27,7cm with 10cm extender, 33cm with 10cm extender and 38cm with 4cm extender. Most pendant necklaces measure 38cm with extender up to 45cm. We also have 40cm with extender up to 45cm. And we have necklaces like the DARU that you will have to choose the size of chain you want. If you want to put a longer chain to the necklaces with pendant, we give you the option to buy a longer chain. You can see this information by entering inside each necklace, especially you should read the description of the product to know what size is that particular necklace. In case you want a different size for a specific necklace, let us know and we will give you a solution.

On the earrings, is the price per pair or just one earring?

In most of our earrings comes the pair, here we leave you some clues on how to know if the pair comes or not.

  • Check the description of the product as it is indicated in all of them whether it comes as a pair or just one unit.
  • Another clue is the product photo, if the product photo with white background has two earrings, it means that the pair comes, if on the contrary in the photo only one piece appears, it means that one comes.
  • And finally you can tell by the name of the product, if it says "earrings" or "piercings" in plural, it means that both come. If it says "earring" or "piercing" in singular, it means one.

Therefore the price is always either for the pair or for the unit, depending on the points mentioned above.

Can I order any jewel even if it is not on the website?

We are currently not doing special orders, but you can email us with the request you want, and we will try to do our best to make it happen.

How do the jewels arrive and how many boxes will I receive in my order?

The jewels of your order will arrive inside the San Saru boxes. Every three jewels you will receive a box.


If you want your jewelry individually packaged, just add in your cart the individual packaging.

 

PURCHASE

Can I purchase by phone?

Of course! Just call us at 938 536 044. If we do not answer your call because we are out of the office, do not hesitate to write us on WhatsApp 644 298 331 or arrange a call time by mail.

How can I be sure that I have made the right purchase?

You only have to check that you have received a confirmation email from San Saru in the inbox of the email with which you made the purchase. If you have not received an email in your inbox, you can look in your spam or junk mail folder because perhaps you have received it there. If you are not sure, please contact us so that we can confirm if it has been successful or not.

How do I use discount coupons?

Once you click on "Checkout" in the cart, at all times on the right (the pink part) there is a box where it says "Gift card or discount code" and that is where you will have to enter it and click on "Use".

In the case of being from the cell phone once you click on "Finish order", you have to click where it says "Show order summary", below will be a box where it says "Gift card or discount code" and that's where you have to enter it and click on the arrow to the right.

Two discount codes cannot be applied at the same time, only one is allowed.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we have already opened our first store, it is located in C/ de Provença, 253, 08008 Barcelona and at C/ Colón, 7, 46004 Valencia. What does it mean when a product is "Out of Stock" or sold out?

It means that at that moment we have no more stock of that product, and it is out of stock, if you want, inside the product you can write your email so we can send you a notification as soon as we have it back in stock. If the product is still on the web, we will bring it back.

There was a design on the website, and it is no longer there. Are you going to have it again?

If a product no longer appears on the web it means that we will not have it again, but if you really liked it, write to us and we will do our best to get it back for you.

 

PAYMENT

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We do not have that payment method, but you can make your purchase with credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna or Bizum.

What forms of payment are available?

Through the website you can pay via PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay or Bizum.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

Yes, of course! To do so, please contact us at info@sansarushop.com.

Do you do returns or exchanges?

SHIPMENT

Where do you ship to?

All over the world! Except Singapore and Northern Macedonia.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Melilla and Ceuta?

Of course! We won't forget about you. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on where you place the order and which shipment you choose, for shipments to Spain peninsula there are two types of shipment, one that takes 3/4 working days from Monday to Friday and another in 24/48 working hours from Monday to Friday. If your order is to the Balearic Islands, Portugal, Germany, France or Italy, the shipping time is 2/3 working days. If it is to the rest of Europe it is 5/10 days. To the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla 10/12 working days. And for the rest of the world it is 10/15 days. You can also consult all the info about shipments here.

NOTE: All delivery times will be counted from the next working day after the order is placed. All days are counted as working days. In case the order does not comply with the delivery time established here, San Saru S.L. is not responsible since it will be an error of the transport company.

How much does shipping cost?

What company do you ship with?

We use different transport companies. And to the same destination we send with different agencies. But we work with SEUR, DHL, UPS and CORREOS. To know with which company we can send to your town, it is best to consult the table of shipments here.

Can I check the status of my order?

Once the package leaves our office, you will receive an email where you will see the option to "View tracking", once you click on it, a map will appear and below you will see that it says "Tracking number", click on the link just below, and you can see the tracking on the website of the transport company. The shipping company will also contact you via SMS or mail, it will put delivery day and your contact phone number so you can make any inquiries or arrange delivery time with them. So it is important that you enter your phone number and mail correctly when ordering.

WHAT IS SAN SARU CLUB?

The San Saru Club is an exclusive points system with which you can take advantage of all your purchases at San Saru. The San Saru Family is super important to us, and we had to reward them in some way! By joining the San Saru Club, you can earn points for each purchase and redeem them for discounts on your next order. Depending on your level, you'll get more surprises!

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE SAN SARU CLUB?

To join the San Saru Club, you only need to have an account created in San Saru. Enter HERE to create a new account. Or log in HERE to access your account. All countries can join the Club.

HOW TO EARN POINTS?

For every purchase you make at San Saru while logged in, you will automatically earn points. Each €1 spent is equivalent to 1 point that you will earn in your account. You can also earn points by doing things like following us on social networks, recommending a friend... Discover HERE all that you can get!

HOW TO REDEEM MY POINTS?

For every 50 points you have accumulated in your account, you will get a €1 discount on your next purchase. If you have 100 points, you will get a €2 discount, and so on. On the page before finishing your purchase you can choose how many points you want to redeem to get the discount. Remember that you must be logged in. Otherwise, we won't know how many points you have! The points are automatically added to your account without you having to do anything, don't worry!

IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF POINTS TO REDEEM?

Si. The maximum points redeemable per purchase is 600 points, i.e. €12 per purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you return an order at San Saru, the points accumulated for that purchase will be automatically withdrawn from your account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT I BOUGHT WITH POINTS?

The points will be returned to your account automatically.

HOW DO LEVELS WORK?

The San Saru Club is made up of three levels. The levels are created according to the amount spent on your purchases since January 2022.

The BRONZE level consists of all those who have accumulated between €0 and €79 in purchases since January 2022. The BRONZE level allows you to redeem points for discounts on your next purchase, for every € you spend you accumulate 1 point, and you will receive 100 points as a gift for your birthday.

The SILVER level is for all those who have accumulated between €80 and €159 in purchases since January 2022. The SILVER level allows you to exchange points for discounts, for every € you spend you accumulate 1.25 points, you will get 50 points for passing the level, and you will receive 100 gift points for your birthday.

The GOLD level is for all those who have accumulated more than €160 in purchases since January 2022. The GOLD level allows you to redeem points for discounts, for every € you spend you accumulate 2 points, you will get 100 points for passing the level, you will receive 100 gift points for your birthday, and you will enter the monthly draw for a gift card of €100 to buy the jewels that you like.

100 GIFT CARD DRAWING (for GOLD level) DO I HAVE TO EXCHANGE THE €100 IN ONE SINGLE PURCHASE?

You can choose the amount you want to redeem on as many orders as you want, up to €100.

WHEN DO PURCHASE POINTS START TO BE ACCOUNTED?

The San Saru Club was created in April 2022, so the actions performed since April 2022 will be considered, while the previous ones will not. Remember that they have an expiration date of 6 months!

HOW TO INVITE A FRIEND?

Enter your friend's email address. She will receive an email with a specific link, which she will have to access. This link will take her to our website, and a pop-up will appear with a €5 discount code that she will have to redeem on a purchase of at least €30. When your friend makes the purchase, you will automatically receive 150 points to your account. DO THE POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, after 6 months.

CAN I USE DISCOUNT CODES AND REDEEM MY POINTS IN THE SAME PURCHASE?

No, you will have to use them in different purchases. Discount codes are not cumulative. For automatic discounts (in very specific weeks of the year) you will not be able to redeem your points.
