Promotion details
The 30% OFF FOR 24H promotion offers a 30% discount on the entire online store www.sansarushop.com.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
The free tote bag is not included in this promotion.
The promotion can be combined with the €20 gift card received during SAN SARU DAYS, which can be used on purchases of €60 or more within its validity period, from October 1 to 20, 2026.
Apart from the SAN SARU DAYS gift card, the promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or active promo codes.
Exchanges and returns
Products purchased during the promotion are subject to San Saru's standard exchange and return policy, managed automatically through Returngo, with the particular conditions set out below, as they are purchases made with the 30% OFF FOR 24H discount.
Returns
Amount refunded. The amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded, that is, with the 30% discount already applied.
Late returns. The change of date does not affect returns, which will be settled according to the amount actually paid.
Exchanges during the promotion period
Standard exchange, with the option to add a piece. The usual difference between both items will be paid, applying the 30% discount to the price of the new piece. If an additional piece is added to the purchase, that piece will not be discounted.
Exchange for an item of the same price. The same promotion remains applied, and no additional payment is required.
Exchanges after the promotion period
Same product in a different variant (color, size). The same 30% discount obtained on the original purchase will be applied.
Different product. The promotion does not carry over, as promotions are only valid during their validity period. The price difference will be applied according to the prices in effect at the time of the exchange.
Duration
The 30% OFF FOR 24H promotion will be valid from Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. until Monday, October 19, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation, application or enforcement shall be submitted to the Spanish courts. Where the user is a consumer, any dispute shall be resolved before the competent court of their place of residence, in accordance with current legislation.
