Yes, you have complete creative freedom. You can create whatever pendant you like, as long as you don't add any extra objects and you send us just one piece. You can split the wax into several small balls, but the final result needs to be joined together.

Yes, you can press your fingerprint in, since the red wax works just like modelling clay. Any mark, texture or detail left in the wax will also show up in the final result.

With this wax, you'll create a necklace. The marker you'll find in your pack is for marking on the piece where you'd like the jump ring of your pendant to go.

The pack takes 24 to 48 working hours to arrive. Once you've created your pendant and sent it back to us, you'll receive your finished piece within 20-30 working days.

Yes, you can buy the pack directly in our physical stores.

Once you've created your mould, you'll need to return the pack to the store where you bought it.

We'll send it to our workshop to create your piece, and once it's ready, we'll let you know so you can come by the store to pick it up.

No, personalised jewellery can't be exchanged or returned, keep in mind that your piece is one of a kind and made especially for you.

Once your pendant is ready, use the marker to show where you'd like the jump ring to go, let the wax cool down, place it inside its little box to protect it from knocks, and send it back to us. We'll take care of everything else.

Once you have your package ready, go to our returns portal and enter your order number along with the email, postcode or phone number you used when placing the order.

Follow the steps on the portal: select the fingerprint product you purchased, choose the "Exchange for the same model" option and click Continue. As the reason, select "Sending back the wax".

Next, add the 2 photos and click Continue. Once your request has been approved, you'll receive the return label and shipping instructions by email.
