Users expressly agree to make appropriate use of SAN SARU, SL content and services and, among other things, not to:

No exploitation rights are transferred beyond those strictly necessary for proper use of the website. Users may view the content and make authorised private copies, provided the reproduced elements are not subsequently transferred to third parties, installed on networked servers or commercially exploited.

All trademarks, trade names and distinctive signs appearing on the website belong to SAN SARU, SL. Their distribution, modification, transfer, public communication or any other act not expressly authorised is prohibited. The website is available to all users and is subject to our Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, Cookie Policy and Terms of Use and Contracting. By browsing and using it, you accept these terms and undertake not to use the website for unlawful purposes.

For legal reasons, all electronic purchasing documents are archived. You can access them from your customer account or request them at info@sansarushop.com.

Our website allows you to purchase jewellery made from 925 Sterling Silver. Purchase-related communication will be in Spanish or English.

Select a product category or use the search tool at the top right. Jewellery is organised into categories and subcategories. Product pages contain photographs, measurements and descriptions. Where personalisation is available, choose the initial, size or chain length from the menu; the product description specifies the available chain lengths and options.

Add your chosen jewellery to the cart. In the cart, accept the “Terms and Conditions”, leave an optional order note and select “Complete order”. You can return or choose “Continue shopping” to add more items.

Enter your contact and delivery details: email, name, address, town or city, country, province/state, postcode and telephone number. Please check them carefully, particularly your address, phone number and email. You may save the information for your next purchase. Then select your shipping and payment methods; a discount code can be entered during the final step.

Payment is available through PayPal or credit card. To pay by bank transfer, contact info@sansarushop.com. PayPal requires you to sign in to your account, while card payments are processed through Stripe.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. It is also stored in your customer profile and can be requested at any time from info@sansarushop.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request changes to the address or product quantities by email.

We ship worldwide.* Deliveries to mainland Spain take 3–4 working days, and a 24–48-hour service is also available there for €6.99. We also deliver to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands and internationally.

All time frames are stated in working days (Monday to Friday) and start on the next working day after the order is placed. See our shipping page for further information.

All product prices on www.sansarushop.com are shown in euros (€). For mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the world, the displayed total includes VAT; a breakdown appears in the final order confirmation sent by email. For the Canary Islands, the displayed euro amount is the total product price and VAT is not itemised.

San Saru offers several equally secure payment methods:

1.8.1. Credit card: Card payments are processed by Stripe. You only need your credit card to complete payment.

1.8.2. PayPal: Pay securely using your email address without sharing bank details. Select PayPal and sign in to your account.

1.8.3. Bank transfer: Email info@sansarushop.com and we will provide the information needed to pay for your order.

1.8.4. Amazon Pay: Use any payment method registered in your Amazon account.

1.8.5. Bizum: Enter your mobile number and confirm payment in your bank's app.

1.8.6. Google Pay: Pay online or by mobile using your Google account.

1.8.7. Apple Pay: Pay simply and securely through your Apple account.

1.8.8. Shop Pay: Save your email address, credit card, shipping and billing details to complete future transactions more quickly on Shopify platforms.

All website transactions use fully secure payment gateways protected by SSL encryption.

All our jewellery is made from 925 Sterling Silver: 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Copper gives the otherwise soft pure silver the hardness required for jewellery. Sterling silver can be worn every day. It may darken in certain circumstances, but it is easy to clean and retains its properties; follow the steps in our jewellery-care advice.

Where indicated in the product description, our jewellery uses natural stones including Moonstone, Topaz, Labradorite, Onyx, Rose Quartz, Quartz, Mystic Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Aquamarine, Howlite, Amazonite, Sodalite, Amethyst, Tiger's Eye, Larimar, Chalcedony, Agate, Jade, Scolecite, Rhodochrosite, Chrysocolla and Malachite. In some designs, Turquoise, Ruby, Amber, Brown Sunstone and Blue Sunstone are reconstructed from pieces of natural stone. We also work with natural mother-of-pearl and shells, reconstructed coral, cubic zirconia and crystal; Opal is manufactured.

Our gold jewellery is also made from 925 Sterling Silver. Earrings, necklaces and bracelets are plated with 22k gold to a thickness of 2 microns, while rings are plated to 3 microns for greater durability during frequent hand use. Many pieces are made by us in Barcelona and others in workshops with which we have a close relationship.

All San Saru jewellery has a three-year guarantee from delivery.* If an item breaks or is damaged during this period, contact us, keep the defective product and send a photograph showing its condition. We can only offer the appropriate solution after assessing the item.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, scratches, wear to gold plating, dirt or free cart gifts. If an item is dirty, we will explain the appropriate cleaning method. If the issue remains, we may request a video of it being cleaned before offering a solution.

If you are not satisfied with your order: You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange an unused product in perfect condition. Full information is available on our returns and exchanges page.

1.10.3. Withdrawal / refund: You may cancel your order at no cost provided that you notify us before it leaves our premises. Otherwise, wait until delivery and request a full return; only the product price, not the shipping cost, will be refunded. After receiving and checking the returned package, San Saru will issue the refund within 15 calendar days.

1.10.4. Defect / error: Notify us of a product defect or an error on our part within two days. We may replace it with the same product, replace an out-of-stock item with one of equal value, or refund the full amount. Email info@sansarushop.com with an explanation, a photograph showing the defect, and either your full name or order number. San Saru will cover the costs. Cases reported after two days will be assessed separately and we will seek the quickest, most customer-friendly solution.

1.10.5. Guarantee: Products are covered by a three-year guarantee* against breakage and defects not caused by use. You must keep the defective product and provide a photograph or video so that we can assess it. For wear-related damage, we may offer a solution at the corresponding cost. For a genuine production fault, we will repair or replace the product or refund its price, depending on the item and circumstances.

* Purchases made before 1 January 2022 have a two-year guarantee from delivery.

Products and prices remain available while they appear in the website catalogue. San Saru may change the website, update products and alter prices, descriptions and photographs without prior notice.

Only one discount code may be applied at a time. Essentials, free products and items included free above a minimum order value are subject to exchange and return conditions. If a return causes the order value to fall below the required minimum, San Saru may request the return of the free product. Promotions may end when stock runs out, and we are not liable if a free item cannot be included when the order is processed.

Any free-shipping promotion offered by San Saru is valid only for orders over €7.00. San Saru reserves the right to amend an order where an error affects a free product.

San Saru is committed to seeking the best possible solution for customers, even where this entails a cost. Contact us even if your situation is unusual; we will review all claims, complaints and problems and try to provide a solution wherever possible.

San Saru gift cards work as follows:

• Use: Gift cards bought online can be used both online and in any of our physical stores.
• Flexible use: A card can be used multiple times until its full balance is exhausted.
• Validity: One year from the date of issue.
• Extension: If a card has expired with an unused balance, contact customer service so we can seek a personalised solution.
• Balance: The remaining balance can be checked at any time online or in our physical stores.
• Refund policy: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.
