Conditions

• In isolated cases, delivery times may be affected. We may indicate a new delivery time if we are experiencing high workload. We may also disable the 24/48h shipping option during peak periods. (If you see this option is disabled and you need it urgently, let us know and we will do our best).
• Free shipping applied through promotions published by San Saru S.L. or for orders exceeding the cart threshold, will be processed using standard shipping of 3/4 business days (Monday to Friday) for mainland Spain, and within the timeframes indicated in the table above for Europe and the rest of the world.
• After 5 days from dispatch, packages will be returned to San Saru S.L. and the shipping cost will not be refunded. Please make sure to be available to receive your package within 5 days of receiving the delivery notification. In case of any issue detected with your shipment, we will contact you.
• Shipments outside mainland Spain may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your region and the applicable customs regulations. These costs are not covered by San Saru S.L.
• The delivery date may vary depending on several factors: availability of the chosen product, shipping area, specific circumstances of each order, or incidents with the delivery company. In the event of a delay, we will contact you to keep you informed. If the order does not meet the deadline stated here, San Saru S.L. shall not be held responsible.
• Deliveries and shipments are made every day of the week, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, during office hours. We share a link to our public holidays so you can check the days on which we will not be shipping.
• *We ship worldwide, except to North Macedonia.
• *Shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica are sent via CORREOS and delivery takes 10/12 business days.
• *Shipments to the Azores are sent via CORREOS and delivery takes 10/15 business days.
