Free shipping: Spain on orders over 60€; in Portugal on orders over 65€; in Italy and France over 80€; in Germany and Holland over 85€; in Austria over 90€; in Switzerland, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece and Malta over €200; the rest of Europe over 100€; and for the rest of the world over 200€.
All delivery times will start counting from the next working day (monday to friday) that the order has been made. In case the order does not meet the deadline established here, San Saru S.L. will not be responsible, as it will be an error of the transport company.
In isolated cases delivery times may be affected. We could indicate a new delivery time in case we find ourselves with excess work. (If you see that this shipment is deactivated and you need it urgently, let us know and we will try to do our best).
Free shipping based on promotions published by San Saru S.L. and for a higher amount in the shopping cart, in Spain peninsula will be made with the standard shipping of 3/4 working days (monday to friday), in Europe and the rest of the world the shipment will be made on the days indicated in the table above.
Packages that exceed 5 days of the expedition will be returned to San Saru S.L. and the refund of the shipping cost will not be returned to the customer, so you have to make sure you get your package within 5 days after receiving the message that the package will be delivered. We will contact you if we detect any incidence with your shipment.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Portugal, Europe and other international shipments can have some kind of customs tax, this depends on your region and the customs procedures that are imposed. San Saru S.L. does not take care of these extra costs.
The delivery date may vary depending on several factors: availability of the chosen product, shipping area, specific circumstances of each order or incidents of the delivery company. In the event of a delay in delivery, we will contact you to inform you of everything.If the order does not meet the deadline set forth herein, San Saru S.L. is not responsible.
Deliveries and shipments are made every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. During office hours. We leave you a link to the holidays of San Saru so that you can see the days in which we will not send.
* We ship to the whole world except north of Macedonia.
* Shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Corsega are shipped with CORREOS and the delivery time is 10/12 days.
* Shipments to Azores are shipped with CORREOS and the delivery time is 10/15 days.
