- Livraison gratuite: en Espagne pour les commandes supérieures à 69 € ; au Portugal pour les commandes supérieures à 69 € ; en Italie, en Allemagne et en France pour les commandes supérieures à 89 € ; aux Pays-Bas, en Autriche, en Belgique, au Danemark, en Finlande, en Bulgarie, à Monaco, en Pologne, en Suède, en République tchèque, en Estonie, en Grèce, en Hongrie, en Lettonie, en Lituanie, en Roumanie, en Slovaquie, en Slovénie, au Luxembourg, au Royaume-Uni et en Irlande pour les commandes supérieures à 99 €; et dans le reste du monde pour les commandes supérieures à 200 €.
- Dans de rares cas, les délais de livraison peuvent être affectés. Nous pouvons indiquer un nouveau délai de livraison en cas de forte charge de travail. Nous pouvons également désactiver la livraison 24/48h en cas de forte charge de travail. (Si vous voyez que cette option est désactivée et que vous en avez besoin en urgence, prévenez-nous et nous ferons tout notre possible).
- La livraison gratuite due à des promotions publiées par San Saru S.L. et pour des paniers dépassant le montant requis : en Espagne péninsulaire, elle sera envoyée avec l’option de Standard Shipping de 3/4 jours ouvrables (du lundi au vendredi), et en Europe ainsi que dans le reste du monde, l’expédition sera effectuée dans les délais indiqués dans le tableau ci-dessus.
- Après 5 jours à compter de l’expédition, les colis seront retournés à San Saru S.L. et les frais de livraison ne seront pas remboursés. Veuillez donc vous assurer d’être disponible pour le recevoir dans les 5 jours suivant la réception du message indiquant que le colis va être livré. Si nous détectons un problème avec votre envoi, nous vous contacterons.
- Les envois en dehors de l’Espagne péninsulaire peuvent être soumis à des taxes douanières. Cela dépend de votre région et des procédures douanières en vigueur. Ces frais ne sont pas pris en charge par San Saru S.L.
- La date de livraison peut varier en fonction de plusieurs facteurs : disponibilité du produit choisi, zone de livraison, circonstances spécifiques de chaque commande ou incidents liés au transporteur. En cas de retard de livraison, nous vous contacterons pour vous tenir informé(e) de tout. Si la commande ne respecte pas le délai indiqué ici, San Saru S.L. n’en est pas responsable.
- Les livraisons et expéditions sont effectuées tous les jours de la semaine, sauf les samedis, dimanches et jours fériés, pendant les heures de bureau. Nous vous laissons un lien vers les jours fériés de San Saru afin que vous puissiez voir les jours où nous n’expédierons pas de commandes.
- *Nous livrons dans le monde entier, sauf en Macédoine du Nord.
- *Les envois vers la Sardaigne, la Sicile et la Corse sont expédiés avec CORREOS et le délai de livraison est de 10/12 jours ouvrables.
- *Les envois vers les Açores sont expédiés avec CORREOS et le délai de livraison est de 10/15 jours ouvrables.
