At San Saru, we prioritize production in nearby workshops, with the aim of reducing our carbon footprint as much as possible and helping to boost the local economy.

We design each piece in our studio and make it in workshops in Spain, close to us.
In all of them, we have a team of professionals who put all their love into creating unique pieces. The handmade details and the passion they put into every step give each piece its own personality.
Our goal is to guarantee the quality of every piece and make sure they all keep their essence. We want to send you a little piece of us in each one!
Creation steps
Choose a stage to see how each piece is born:

Step 1Design
We draw each piece by hand and define its measurements, volumes and stones.

Step 2Mold
We create the original model, the base that allows us to reproduce the piece.

Step 3Wax model
From the mold, we make a wax replica of each piece.

Step 4Tree
We attach the wax pieces to a central trunk to cast them together.

Step 5Casting
We melt the 925 sterling silver at a high temperature.

Step 6Pouring
The molten metal fills the space left by the wax and takes the shape of each piece.

Step 7Cleaning
We remove the leftovers from the process until the piece is in its raw form.

Step 8Cutting
We separate each piece from the tree, one by one.

Step 9Grinding
We remove imperfections and shape the edges.
-
Step 10Assembly and soldering
We join the different parts of the piece by soldering.

Step 11Stone setting
We place and set each natural stone by hand.

Step 12Polishing
We polish the surface to bring back all the shine of the silver.

Step 13Finishing
We add the final details: textures, matte or shine.

Step 14Plating
Gold pieces receive their 22k gold plating.

We check every piece one by one before it reaches you.
