San Saru is the project of my life. Ten years ago, I decided to start my own business. Borja and I were returning from one of our trips. In India, we discovered a world full of contrasts a land filled with both life and death, two Indias in one. I fell in love with its essence, its beauty, its richness and its shape a place full of light and color. It filled me with inspiration, and I came back feeling connected, full of energy and ready to take on the world. It was the trip that changed my life. So yes, it was travelling that brought me here.

When I got back, I decided to create a jewelry brand. I drew the logo of the three monkeys San Saru, a Japanese word that literally means “three monkeys.” The three wise monkeys: see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil. A symbol that was present on all our journeys. And deeply connected to my values: to project and manifest goodness, to see, speak, and hear the good so that with hard work, everything starts falling into place.

I've loved silver jewelry for as long as I can remember, and from every trip, I bring home a piece of jewelry as a keepsake that’s no coincidence. But beyond that, I’m a lover of life, of animals and nature, of breathing deeply. I'm a free soul, and I’m happy wherever I can express who I am, share my values, and show my way of seeing life. Which is no other than dreaming big and working to make it happen doing everything with love, love, and more love, and a touch of passion. I just want to be an inspiration.

And everything I am, is San Saru. My mission at San Saru is to share all that I am with you.
