Purchase Guide

Buying at San Saru is very simple; you just need to follow the steps below:

  1. Select the product category you want to visit, or use the search box located at the top-left to find a specific product.
  2. You may find the various sections for our jewelry sorted by category (“Pendants,” “Rings,” “Necklaces,” “Bracelets” and “Packs”), and when the summer is getting close, you will also find “Anklets.” Inside these sections you will find all of our 925 Sterling Silver variety. Each category has sub-sections to make your search more specific.
  3. Once you have selected the category, you will be able to view all the products. To learn more about them, click on them, and you will see the various photos and sizes for each of them.
  4. There are products that you can customize with your initials, sizes or chain length. In order to do this, open the drop-down menu to the right and select the option you want. Depending on the necklace, the chain may have different lengths; you may see this by accessing the product and reading the description. Some necklaces offer the option to choose between two types of chain.
  5. When you have found your favorite jewel, you will just need to add it to the shipping cart, and it will be added directly to your order. You may view the shopping cart whenever you want by clicking it on the top-right.
  6. Once all your jewels are in the shopping cart, you will need to click on your cart, accept the “Terms & Conditions”, and if you want, leave us a comment about the order or anything you want to tell us (do so in the field that appears during this step). Next, you will have to click on “Checkout.”
  7. If you still want to add more stuff to the cart, you may go back or click on “Keep buying”.
  8. Once you click on “Checkout,” you will be prompted to fill out all the necessary information to finish your purchase.
  9. You will first be asked for your contact information. Write your e-mail and specify whether you want us to send e-mails to you (we send very few mails, and when we do, they are worth it :D ). Enter your name; then specify your shipping information, which includes your address, city, country, province/state and your zip (postal) code. Also, your phone for our transport company or in case any problem arises when shipping your order. It is important that you double-check this information – especially the address, the phone and the e-mail – so that everything gets to you without issue (both the confirmation mails and your order). In this same step you may click on the last checkbox to save your data for the next purchase. And lastly, click on “Continue to the shipping method.”
  10. In this step you need to select your shipping method. Once selected, click on “Continue to the payment method”.
  11. You have finally arrived at the payment method, and at all times you will be able to add your discount code to the right. This is the last step where you will be able to enter it.
  12. To finish, you need to select the payment method – either PayPal or credit card. In case you want to pay via bank transfer you will need to tell us by contacting us at info@sansarushop.com. Then click on “Checkout”.
  13. . In case you have paid with PayPal, you will need to enter your account information. If you have chosen credit card, you will need to enter all the information stored by the Stripe platform.
  14. Lastly, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, including the order information. In a few days you will have your jewel with you!
