Before starting to create your fingerprint jewelry with soul, it is important that if you have any questions, ask us via email or call us to solve them, because you will be creating a unique jewelry that cannot be modified.

MUY IMPORTANTE: Te enviamos varios moldes para que puedas practicar con ellos y luego usar el de tu talla para hacer el definitivo. Antes de enviarnos la cera, asegúrate de que es la talla correcta. Solo puedes enviarnos una cera.
1. Size Check
Before you start, try on the size very carefully to make sure it is correct. The wax mold is a delicate product, so handle it with care.
Once you are sure of your size, separate this wax form from the others. The other 3 are for practice. It is not very complicated, but it is better to do some tests first.
2. Preparation
We have sent you a candle. The first thing we will do is light it in a safe place.
Once the candle is lit, we take one of the wax molds that will not be used for the final piece of jewelry. This will be the one that we will test (in the case of rings, the sizes that do not fit) and try the following before using the final one.
3. Final mold and shipping
Hold the wax mold by the stick so as not to burn yourself and bring it close to the fire to evenly heat the surface where you will engrave your print (make it as flat as possible), do not bring the fire close to the stick as it is weak and may break.
If for some reason the stick breaks, don't worry. As long as the ring or plate is fine, there is no problem.
After a quick count of three, lift off the fire and press the finger you wish to engrave.
If the print does not fuse, it means you did not heat the mold enough. Repeat the process by heating the mold a little more and pressing your print again.
If you don't like how your print turned out, you can reprint it.
4. Final mold and shipping
When you have the final mold, discard the remaining molds. Place the final piece in the San Saru bag and place it in the San Saru box. Do not put anything else in there that could hit the mold.
Take it to the nearest drop-off point of the carrier specified on the return label. Depending on the area, this may be DHL (https://www.dhl.com/es-es/ecommerce/home/private-shipments/send-and-receive/dhl-servicepoints.html), UPS (https://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_ES) or Correos.
Once we receive the wax, our workshop will bring it to life, it will take about 2-3 weeks to finish the piece. All shipping costs are included in the price, so you don't have to worry about anything.
Once we have the jewelry, we will ship it back to you. You will receive an email with shipping details so you can track it.

Is it possible to engrave 2 prints on the same piece of jewelry?
Yes, it is possible to engrave one print on the front and one on the back of the piece in the case of the necklace, but we recommend making both prints on the same side for better results.
