CHRISTMAS PROMOTION SAN SARU, DECEMBER 2025
PURPOSE:
Responsible company: SAN SARU S.L., with registered office at Calle Alcalde Josep Abril, 23, 1º 1ª, 08302, Mataró, and VAT number B6682191.
SAN SARU S.L. acts as the organizer and promoter of the commercial action called “CHRISTMAS PROMOTION SAN SARU”.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROMOTION
The CHRISTMAS PROMOTION SAN SARU consists of a free amazonite bracelet with the purchase of one (1) piece of jewellery on the online store www.sansarushop.com and in San Saru physical stores (Barcelona, Madrid and Bilbao).
The amazonite bracelet will be automatically added to the order when the purchase condition is met.
The promotion is valid only while stocks of the promotional bracelet last, as it is a limited edition.
The promotion applies exclusively to jewellery and jewellery boxes and does not include services, gift cards or accessories not included in the action.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Products purchased during the PROMOTION will be subject to San Saru’s usual exchange and return policy.
The period to request an exchange or return will be 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use and with their original packaging.
In the event of a full return of the order, the promotional bracelet must be included in the return and be in perfect condition.
In the event of a partial return, if the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion (at least one piece of jewellery purchased is not maintained), San Saru may also request the return of the promotional bracelet or deduct its corresponding value.
Return shipping costs, if any, will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error by San Saru or defective product.
DURATION
The CHRISTMAS PROMOTION SAN SARU will be valid from 3 December 2025 at 08:00 until stocks of the promotional bracelet are exhausted, whichever comes first.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any conflict related to its interpretation, application or execution shall be submitted to the Spanish courts.
If the user qualifies as a consumer, any dispute shall be resolved before the competent court according to their place of residence, in accordance with current legislation.
