Promotions
PURPOSE. Company responsible: SAN SARU S.L., registered office at calle Alcalde Josep Abril, 23, 1º 1ª, 08302, Mataró, Spain, tax ID (CIF) B6682191. SAN SARU S.L. acts as organiser and promoter of the commercial campaign named “SAN SARU 3 FOR 2 PROMOTION”.
Description of the Promotion
The SAN SARU 3 FOR 2 PROMOTION means that, on the purchase of three (3) items of jewellery, the lowest-priced of the three will be free, both on the online shop www.sansarushop.com and in San Saru’s physical stores (Barcelona, Madrid and Bilbao).
The discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart once the condition of three items of jewellery is met, with the lowest-priced of the three being free of charge.
The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts or active codes, so no additional percentage discount may be applied to the items included in the campaign during its validity period.
The promotion applies exclusively to jewellery and jewellery boxes, and does not include services, gift cards or accessories not included in the campaign.
Exchanges and Returns
Products purchased during the promotion are subject to San Saru’s standard exchange and returns policy, with the particularities set out below, as this is a 3 for 2 purchase.
Returns
Return of the free item. If the customer returns the item that was free, no refund is due, as that item has a price of €0.00. The customer will always be informed that they are returning the free item and that they will lose the benefit of the promotion, and will be offered an exchange as an alternative to a return.
Return of one of the paid items. The difference between the price of the free item and the price of the returned item will be refunded. If both items had the same price, no refund is due.
Example
A €25 ring is returned and the customer keeps the free item, valued at €20. Only €5 is refunded.
Full order return. The full amount paid will be refunded, and the free item must also be included in the return.
Exchanges
Exchange with return of the lower-priced item. When the customer wishes to exchange the lower-priced item for another of equal or greater value, the new item may be free provided its price is equal to or lower than that of the other two items in the purchase. If the price of the new item exceeds that of the other two items, the free item becomes the next lowest-priced one, and the corresponding difference must be paid.
Example
The purchase consisted of items priced at €35, €30 and €25 (the €25 item was the free one). The customer exchanges it for one priced at €35. The new free item, by price, becomes the €30 one, so a €5 difference must be paid.
Exchange of a paid item for one of higher value. The price difference will be payable in accordance with the standard exchange policy.
Exchange for an item of the same price. The promotion continues to apply, with no payment or refund due.
Duration
The SAN SARU 3 FOR 2 PROMOTION will be valid from 27 August 2026 until 31 August 2026 at 23:59.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation, application or performance shall be submitted to the Spanish courts. Where the user has the status of consumer, any dispute shall be resolved before the competent court of their place of residence, in accordance with applicable law.
