Promotion details
The SAN SARU DAYS promotion offers a 20% discount on jewellery, jewellery boxes and accessories, available both on the online shop [www.sansarushop.com](https://www.sansarushop.com) and in San Saru stores.
In addition, on orders over €80, the customer will receive a €20 gift card, valid for a limited time, from 1 to 20 October 2026, to use on purchases of €60 or more.
If the customer places more than one order over €80, they may receive more than one gift card, although these cannot be combined with each other.
The free tote bag is not included in this promotion. The outlet collection is excluded from the offer, so the extra discount does not apply to those products. The Ishir jewellery box and the puppy keyring are also excluded.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or active promo codes.
Exchanges and returns
Products purchased during the promotion are subject to San Saru's standard exchange and return policy, managed automatically through Returngo, with the exceptions detailed below for purchases made with the SAN SARU DAYS discount.
Returns
Refund amount. The customer will be refunded the amount actually paid, meaning the price with the 20% discount already applied.
Exchanges within the promotion period
Standard exchange, with the option to add a piece of jewellery. The usual price difference between the two items will apply, with the 20% discount applied to the price of the new piece. If an extra piece of jewellery is added to the order, it will not include the discount.
Exchange for an item of the same price. The discount already applied remains in place, with no extra payment required.
Exchanges after the San Saru Days period
Same product in a different variant (colour, size). The same 20% discount from the original purchase will apply.
A different product. The discount no longer applies, as promotions are only valid during their promotional period. Any price difference will be charged based on the prices in effect at the time of the exchange.
Returns after the promotional period. A later return date does not affect refunds, which will be based on the amount actually paid. If that amount is lower than the value of the gift card, the card will be withdrawn to prevent misuse.
Duration
The SAN SARU DAYS promotion runs from 14 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. The €20 gift card earned on orders over €80 can be used from 1 to 20 October 2026, on purchases of €60 or more.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation, application or enforcement will be submitted to the Spanish courts. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, any dispute will be resolved by the competent court for their place of residence, in accordance with current legislation.
