1. LEGAL SUBJECT. Company in charge: SAN SARU S.L. with address at Alcalde Josep Abril 23, 1º 1ª, 08302, Mataró. With CIF B6682191 acts as responsible and organizer of the commercial action called, hereinafter "PROMOTION", fancy name "San Saru Days".
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE "PROMOTION": The "PROMOTION" implies a 3x2 (three jewels for the value of two) applicable on jewelry and jewelry boxes. Excluded from the "PROMOTION" are the jewels of the collections: Essentials (except jewelers), the product "Round anti-freckle clasp", "Butterfly clasp + chain", "Clasp reinforcement earrings", "Clasp for three necklaces", "Chain extender" and the "Gift cards".
In addition, the "PROMOTION" implies that on orders over €75 (VAT included) will be included as a complement a "Gift Card" consisting of a voucher for €20 to be used in a future purchase valid exclusively from April 1, 2024 at 00:00 until April 17, 2024 at 23:59 and only on orders over €60 (VAT included).
This "PROMOTION" is of unipersonal character, nominated, it is not combinable with other promotions, and it is not cumulative with other vouchers, "gift cards", offers or discounts.
The "PROMOTION" is valid in web www.sansarushop.com, by applying the code "DAYS" in order to obtain the 3x2 of the "PROMOTION" and the "Gift Card" according to the amount of purchase. It will also be valid in San Saru's own physical stores located in Barcelona at C/ de Provença, 253 and Valencia at C/ de Colón, 7.
3. DURATION: The "PROMOTION" starts on March 1, 2024 at 00:00 and ends on March 17, 2024 at 23:59 GMT+1.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law, being competent Spanish courts and tribunals to hear any questions that may arise regarding its interpretation, application and compliance. The user, by virtue of the acceptance of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, expressly waives any other jurisdiction that by application of current law may be applicable.
