  • Free shipping: Spain on orders over €60; Portugal on orders over €65; Italy and France over €80; Germany and the Netherlands over €85; Austria over €90; Switzerland, Greece, Estonia, Finland, Cyprus and Malta over €200; the rest of Europe over €100; and the rest of the world over €200.
  • In isolated cases, delivery times may be affected. We may indicate a new delivery timeframe in the event of a high workload. Likewise, the 24/48-hour shipping option may be temporarily disabled due to high demand. (If you see that this shipping option is disabled and you need it urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help).
  • Free shipping offered through promotions published by San Saru S.L. and for orders exceeding the minimum cart amount will be sent, in mainland Spain, via standard shipping (3–4 working days, Monday to Friday). In Europe and the rest of the world, shipping will be carried out within the timeframes indicated in the table above.
  • After 5 days from dispatch, parcels will be returned to San Saru S.L. and shipping costs will not be refunded. Therefore, it is important to ensure receipt of the order within 5 days once the delivery notification has been received. In the event of any issue detected with your shipment, we will contact you.
  • Shipments outside mainland Spain may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your region and applicable customs regulations. These costs are not covered by San Saru S.L.
  • The delivery date may vary depending on several factors: product availability, shipping area, specific circumstances of each order, or incidents related to the courier company. In the event of a delivery delay, we will contact you to inform you. If the order does not meet the timeframe indicated here, San Saru S.L. will not be held responsible.
  • Deliveries and shipments are carried out every day of the week, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, during office hours. We leave you a link to public holidays from San Saru so you can check the days on which we will not be shipping orders.
  • *We ship worldwide, except to North Macedonia.
  • *Shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica are sent via CORREOS and the delivery time is 10–12 working days.
  • *Shipments to the Azores are sent via CORREOS and the delivery time is 10–15 working days.
