The best way to know your ring size is to follow the steps in this sizing guide:
RING SIZE GUIDE
We have two types of rings: adjustable and with sizes.
In almost all our rings you will find sizes from 8 to 20, in some of them the size can go up to 24. The rings which are very thick, generally, are a little bit smaller than the thinner ones.
In case you want to use the same ring in several fingers, we also have adjustable rings. These rings fit different finger sizes, so you don't need to know your size! Each adjustable ring covers one size or another, in the description of each product you will see which sizes can reach each one.
We also have midi and foot rings. They can be worn on the toes as well as on the half toes, depending on your size, they can even be used as a normal ring! These rings are size S which corresponds to a 4, and M which corresponds to a 6.

DESCRIPTION
The Muhari Ring is a 925 sterling silver piece of jewelry in which you can engrave your own fingerprint or that of that special someone. You can even engrave two fingerprints in the same form.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE KIT?
You will receive a kit with:
- A candle to melt the wax.
- A flyer with QR for instructions.
- 2 waxes of the chosen size and two extra molds with other sizes above or below, so you can be sure of your size.
CREATING YOUR RING
Before you begin, carefully try on your size to make sure it is correct. Once you are sure of your size, separate this wax mold from the others. The other 3 are for practice. It's not very complicated, but it's best to do a few tests first:
Light the candle and heat the wax by holding it close to the flame without touching it.
Press the hot wax on your finger to engrave the texture of your skin.
Just send us one of the waxes, the one that suits you best! Let the wax cool and keep it in the box. Send us the package with the wax inside so that we can make it and send you your final piece of jewelry as soon as we receive it.
SHIPPING
You will receive your package within 24-48 business hours. Once you have engraved your pieces and returned them to us, you will receive your jewelry within 2 to 3 weeks. This time is due to the fact that it is a handmade and very delicate process.
With your kit, you will receive instructions on how to return the wax to us so that we can bring your piece to life. There is no extra charge for this process.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENGRAVE 2 PRINTS ON THE SAME PIECE OF JEWELRY?
Yes, it is possible to engrave both prints on the same side, you can engrave half-and-half.
I WANT TWO PIECES OF JEWELRY WITH TWO DIFFERENT PRINTS, HOW MANY PACKS SHOULD I GET?
In case you want to make two pieces of jewelry, one for you and one for that special person, you should add two PACKS to your cart, so you make sure you have enough waxes to make the engraving correctly.
CAN ANIMAL PRINTS BE ENGRAVED?
Yes, it is possible to engrave the prints of dogs and cats. We always recommend doing it on the paws to make it more comfortable for them. Avoid doing it on the nose, as it is a very sensitive part.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS LAST?
The shipping time of the pack is 24 to 48 working hours. Once you have engraved the print on your pieces and returned it to us, you will receive the jewelry within 2 to 3 weeks.
Can I purchase it at the physical store?
Yes, you can buy the pack directly in our physical stores.
Once you have created the mold, you have to return the pack to the store where you bought it.
We will send it to our workshop to create your jewel and once we have it we will let you know so that you can come to our store to pick it up.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
No, personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, remember that the jewelry is unique and especially for you.
