ZINDAGI NECKLACE
The Heart Necklace is a 925 Sterling Silver jewel designed to engrave up to two fingerprints, creating a gift full of meaning. Perfect for special occasions like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
The pack includes:
- 1 candle to melt the wax.
- 3 waxes (two for practice and one to return).
- Flyer with QR code for instructions.
The process is simple:
Receive our pack, light the candle, and heat the wax by bringing it close to the flame without touching it.
Press the heated wax onto your finger to capture the texture of your skin. Remember, you have three attempts to make it perfect.
Let the wax cool and store it in the box. Send us the package with the wax inside so that, once we receive it, we can create it and send you the final piece. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you every step of the way.
Design details:
The pendant is heart-shaped and features a horizontal ring, along with a vertically welded loop that allows it to be mounted on the included chain. If you prefer, you can remove the loop to add a click charm and use it with any chain of your choice.
Process duration:
Our pack shipping time is 24 to 72 hours. Once you’ve added your prints to the wax, you need to send it back to us. When we receive the wax, our workshop will bring it to life, taking approximately 2-3 weeks to complete the piece.
Once we have the jewel, we will send it back to you. You will receive an email with the shipping details to track your order. All shipping costs are included in the price, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

RING SIZE GUIDE
We have two types of rings: adjustable and with sizes.
In almost all our rings you will find sizes from 8 to 20, in some of them the size can go up to 24. The rings which are very thick, generally, are a little bit smaller than the thinner ones.
In case you want to use the same ring in several fingers, we also have adjustable rings. These rings fit different finger sizes, so you don't need to know your size! Each adjustable ring covers one size or another, in the description of each product you will see which sizes can reach each one.
We also have midi and foot rings. They can be worn on the toes as well as on the half toes, depending on your size, they can even be used as a normal ring! These rings are size S which corresponds to a 4, and M which corresponds to a 6.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY
How to care of your silver and gold jewelry:
- Use a clean silver wipe reusable and that can be hand-washed under running water to maintain its properties.
- You can also clean your silver jewelry with Aladdin Sidol or Bicarbonate and gold jewelry with a neutral PH soap. If you need more information, visit the Tips for your jewelry page.
How to store them?
- Store your 925 Sterling Silver jewelry in a place out of direct sunlight.
- Store jewelry separately when there is more than one.

Wear your jewelry regularly
Wear your jewelry frequently and don't worry about everyday activities such as showering, swimming, perfuming or exercising. If the silver darkens, it can be cleaned!
CAN I TAKE A BATH WITH THEM?
Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, silver does not oxidize or spoil. You can make your daily life (shower, exercise, swimming pool, sun, beach, etc.) if the silver darkens, you just have to clean it.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 30 days from the day you receive the product to fall in love with it, if in the end you don't, and the product is in perfect condition, you can return it or exchange it (free returns and exchanges in Peninsular Spain).
