DESCRIPTION
The Muhar necklace is a 925 sterling silver jewelry in which you can engrave your own fingerprint or that of that special person. You can even engrave one fingerprint on the front and one on the back.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE KIT?
You will receive a kit with:
- A candle to melt the wax.
- A flyer with QR for instructions.
- 3 wax molds (two to practice and the other to return and melt).
You can engrave prints on both sides.
CREATING YOUR NECKLACE
The process is simple:
Receive our package, light the candle and heat the wax by holding it close to the flame without touching it.
Press the hot wax on your finger to engrave the texture of your skin. Remember, you have three tries to get it perfect.
Just send us one of the waxes that works best for you! Let the wax cool and keep it in the box. Send us the package with the wax in it so that when we receive it, we can make it and send you your final piece of jewelry.
SHIPPING
You will receive your package within 24-48 business hours. Once you have engraved your pieces and returned them to us, you will receive your jewelry within 3 to 4 weeks. This time is due to the fact that it is a handmade and very delicate process.
With your kit, you will receive instructions on how to return the wax to us so that we can bring your piece to life. There is no extra charge for this process.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENGRAVE 2 PRINTS ON THE SAME PIECE OF JEWELRY?
Yes, it is possible to engrave one print on the front and one on the back of the piece in the case of the necklace, but we recommend making both prints on the same side for better results.
I WANT TWO PIECES OF JEWELRY WITH TWO DIFFERENT PRINTS, HOW MANY PACKS SHOULD I GET?
In case you want to make two pieces of jewelry, one for you and one for that special person, you should add two PACKS to your cart, so you make sure you have enough waxes to make the engraving correctly.
CAN ANIMAL PRINTS BE ENGRAVED?
Yes, it is possible to engrave the prints of dogs and cats. We always recommend doing it on the paws to make it more comfortable for them. Avoid doing it on the nose, as it is a very sensitive part.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS LAST?
Can I purchase it at the physical store?
Yes, you can buy the pack directly in our physical stores.
Once you have created the mold, you have to return the pack to the store where you bought it.
We will send it to our workshop to create your jewel and once we have it we will let you know so that you can come to our store to pick it up.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
No, personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, remember that the jewelry is unique and especially for you.
