RING SIZE GUIDE
We have two types of rings: adjustable and with sizes.
In almost all our rings you will find sizes from 8 to 20, in some of them the size can go up to 24. The rings which are very thick, generally, are a little bit smaller than the thinner ones.
In case you want to use the same ring in several fingers, we also have adjustable rings. These rings fit different finger sizes, so you don't need to know your size! Each adjustable ring covers one size or another, in the description of each product you will see which sizes can reach each one.
We also have midi and foot rings. They can be worn on the toes as well as on the half toes, depending on your size, they can even be used as a normal ring! These rings are size S which corresponds to a 4, and M which corresponds to a 6.

DESCRIPTION
The SADA bracelet is a 925 Sterling Silver piece where you can engrave your own fingerprint or that of a special person. You can even engrave one print on the front and another on the back.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE KIT?
You will receive a kit with:
- A candle to melt the wax.
- A flyer with a QR code for instructions.
- 3 wax molds (two for practice and one to return to us and melt).
CREATING YOUR BRACELET OR NECKLACE
The process is simple:
Receive our pack, light the candle, and heat the wax by bringing it close to the flame without touching it.
Press the warm wax onto your finger to capture your skin's texture. Remember, you have three tries to get it just right. Just send us the wax that turned out best! Let it cool down and store it in the box.
Send us the package with the wax inside, and once we receive it, we’ll craft and ship your final piece of jewelry.
SHIPPING
You’ll receive your pack in 24-48 working hours. Once you’ve created the wax print and returned it to us, you’ll receive your jewelry within 3 to 4 weeks. This time is needed because it’s a very delicate and handmade process.
Your kit includes all the instructions to return the wax so we can bring your jewelry to life. There’s no extra cost for this service.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENGRAVE 2 PRINTS ON THE SAME JEWELRY PIECE?
Yes, you can engrave one print on the front and another on the back of the necklace or bracelet. However, we recommend placing both prints on the same side for better results.
I WANT TWO JEWELS WITH TWO DIFFERENT PRINTS, HOW MANY PACKS DO I NEED?
If you want to create two pieces, one for you and one for a special person, you should add two PACKS to your cart. That way, you’ll have enough wax to make each engraving properly.
CAN I ENGRAVE ANIMAL PRINTS?
Yes, it is possible to engrave dog and cat paw prints. We always recommend using their paws for comfort. Avoid using the nose, as it’s a very sensitive area.
HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?
Shipping of the kit takes 24 to 48 working hours. Once we receive your wax print, you’ll get your final jewelry piece in 3 to 4 weeks.
CAN I BUY THE PACK IN A PHYSICAL STORE?
Yes, you can buy the pack directly from our physical stores.
Once you’ve created the mold, return the pack to the store where you bought it.
We’ll send it to our workshop, and once your jewelry is ready, we’ll contact you so you can pick it up in-store.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
No, for personalized jewelry, exchanges or returns are not possible. Keep in mind that the piece is unique and made especially for you.
