We ship worldwide!*

All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday) and and start from the next business day after the order is placed. Our current shipping options are:

Terms and conditions

1. In isolated cases, delivery times may be affected. We may specify a new delivery time during periods of high workload, and we may also temporarily disable the 24/48-hour shipping option. If you see that this option is unavailable and need your order urgently, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
2. Free shipping offered through promotions published by San Saru S.L. or after reaching the minimum basket value will use standard 3/4-business-day delivery (Monday to Friday) in mainland Spain. For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery will take the number of days shown in the table above.
3. Five days after the delivery attempt, parcels will be returned to San Saru S.L. and shipping costs will not be refunded. Please make sure you receive your parcel within five days of receiving the delivery notification. If we detect any issue with your shipment, we will contact you.
4. Shipments outside mainland Spain may be subject to customs duties, depending on your region and the applicable customs procedures. These charges are not covered by San Saru S.L.
5. The delivery date may vary depending on several factors: availability of the selected product, delivery area, the specific circumstances of each order or issues affecting the carrier. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you and keep you informed. San Saru S.L. cannot be held responsible if the order is not delivered within the time frame stated here.
6. Deliveries and shipments take place during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You can view San Saru’s public holiday calendar to see the days on which we do not dispatch orders.
7. *We ship worldwide, except to North Macedonia.
8. *Shipments to Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica are sent with CORREOS and take 10/12 business days.
9. *Shipments to the Azores are sent with CORREOS and take 10/15 business days.
